Service Description
A private, 1:1 evaluation to assess your pelvic floor, core, posture, breathing, mobility, and strength. We'll review your symptoms and goals, identify the root cause, and create a personalized plan. Internal exam offered only with consent. Ideal for pelvic pain, painful intercourse, leakage, heaviness, postpartum needs, or general pelvic health concerns.
Cancellation Policy
At Moving Mama LLC, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise that require you to cancel your appointment. To ensure that we can offer the best possible care to all of our patients, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
