A personalized treatment session focused on progressing your plan, improving pelvic floor and core function, and addressing ongoing symptoms such as pain, leakage, pressure, or mobility concerns. May include manual therapy, movement work, breath-work-, strengthening and updated home exercises.
Cancellation Policy
At Moving Mama LLC, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise that require you to cancel your appointment. To ensure that we can offer the best possible care to all of our patients, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
